Organizational Development is related to applications of behavior science principles to interventions at the structure, process, strategy levels of the organization for enhancing organizational effectiveness. OD Interventions can be at individual, team, or organizational levels. Making use of Change Management Principles at the base of the OD Interventions, our consultants will work with you to design targeted OD interventions to enhance your organizational effectiveness and improve performance.
